Here there is a new toy – Yashica-Mat TLR (Twin-Lens Reflex Camera). It’s a nice toy which was probably produced during the 50’s or 60’s… so it has about 50-60 years now :)
Yashica-Mat, it’s a Rolleiflex TLR clone without the film-thickness sensor, unmetered and usually available in excellent condition for much less money than a comparable Rollei TLR. It was manufactured continuously from 1957 to 1968 with the last models having f2.8 viewing lenses. Unfrotunately mine has Yashinon f3.2 :( – of course 80mm however still looking great.
Camera is in good condition, however some cleaning would be needed, especially that long timings (1s, 0.5s ) don’t work well. Recently I’ve put mine first film to that camera. Hopefully soon we will see some results…
