Another late walk on the streets of Warsaw. I wanted to take some photos during the daylight. Unfortunately my normal work disturbs me a little bit to take some night shots during the bright sun and mid-day. Therefore I had no choice – I took the opportunity and set the ISO setting in my old EOS350D to the maximum – ISO1600. Mounted Carl Zeiss Flektogon unfortunately is a little bit broken – it has a problem with correct focusing at infinity :( Too bad – it was a very good sharp lens. I’ve tried to step down aperture for one or two stops, but it didn’t helped a lot as it was still too dark for a shutter times which would be longer than 1/15s. With such time there was no possibility to freeze any moment…
This time I’ve decided to head to a different area for taking photos. First – I’ve decided to find the new location of a good cafe – Columia Cafe – which moved it’s localization to a new place. After a coffee and a short break I’ve took camera out of my backpack and went to the street…
Some offices were still lighted… some people still working here.
Here some photos from the surroundings of the Plac Zbawiciela.
View at the Aleja Armii Ludowej (People’s Army Avenue).
