Recently I took some photos in Warsaw’s metro and around the Dworzec Gdański metro station. Some of them are quite interesting. Check it out.
First photo was taken on the escalator down to the centrum metro station.
Second photo is interesting – I’ve noticed it after downloading the photo. Check the center billboard – It says: “I look for Anna M…. Boy from the tram” and below his email.
I keep my finger crossed for him – he really maximized his chances – big billboard in the main, central metro station in a city with approx. 2,500,000 residents…
Photo on the left of the Warsaw’s metro was taken at the platform of the Dworzec Gdański station. 1/4s and still sharp. Nice – however I have to work a little bit on the framing – but I wanted to hold camera firm – that was the most important then :)
Photo in the center was taken inside the tram – nice view – I really like that wide look given by the 10mm from Sigma (16mm for the 35mm eqiv.)
Third photo shows the Euro 2012 sticker…
Last three photos where converted to B&W – that way look more interesting.
1st and 3rd was taken at the tram stop near the Dworzec Gdański metro station. 3rd photo shows the view you can see when going up to the earth level from the underground.
Second photo shows the street crossing near the Arkadia Shopping Center – on tram stop from metro station.
