Yesterday there was a nice storm, which is quite usual at this time of year. I like them. I usually open the balcony doors open wide – if only the wind is favourable and the rain drops are not falling inside the room. It was like that that evening. I opened the balcony wide, went to the second room to find the hidden tripod behind the wardrobe. When I put up the tripod and took the test shot I’ve thought that the wide lens would be handy here. So i went to find the wide lens… (Sigma 10-20mm).
It was a good idea. The camera on the tripod armed with wide lens was waiting for the shooting session. I had to only set the correct settings… minimal ISO (200), maximum exposure time (30s) and a lot of patience and luck to take a shot… And here the results of the photo session of the storm above the Warsaw – taken from my window…
