Today there was the attack of Winter on Warsaw… It was really fun not having the car and wandering around the streets, of course it was under the condition that you don’t mind 10cm of snow on the streets, traffic jams, no trams because of accidents… I’ve heard in the news that there was 144 accidents in the City. The trams where standing in the long queues waiting for the cars to leave the crossroads sliding on the fresh snow and ice. There was a lot of people running for the bus trying somehow to get home. Those people in the cars looked also very surprised because of snow, they don’t behave like that for example in January.
Fortunately i had my camera with me to take some photos of the little pandemonium on the Warsaw’s streets… Unfortunately my EOS350d is not so good in low light. The lowest usable for me ISO is ISO800, at max 1600 the grain is too visible, however it can be used in the creative photography to simulate the grain of the B&W film ;)
