I’ve managed to buy broken Ricoh 500G. I hope I can fix it. The lightmeter doesn’t work, lightseals have to be changed because they very sticky and have the consistency of the old rubber. After the first examination, I found out that I have to glue one mirror of the rangefinder which became loose, and I’ve checked that fixing this camera may be not so easy – as I couldn’t find the problem yet.
I’ve seen the photos in internet – this camera has marvelous lens, especially when shooting in b&w. I hope I will manage to repair this camera, as it’s very small and handy – I could use it on everyday use.

Check the lightseals, as you can see the foam sticked to the body of the camera… I have to clean it later. As you can see a lot of foam for the lightseal will be wasted.
