Well… Poland still prepares for the European Football Championships in 2012.

The Baltic Arena Stadium in Gdańsk is getting bigger and bigger. It’s not far from me (one train stop of not working nowadays skm line towards Nowy Port Station) that’s why i often go to check the progress. I hope somewhen in the future my photos will be of some historical worth documenting the buiding of the stadium as well as empty fields around it. Okay, now time for some photos:

And now other photos taken there. There is an unused, old SKM (local 3City’s metropolitan train) station – Gdańsk Zaspa Towarowa. I took some photos of that station. There are plans to renovate it before the EuroCup 2012, and give the supporters another way of transportation. I doubt it will happen, however today is an interesting example of the abandoned train station. Those photos almost for sure will be the memento how this station looked like, regardless of whether they will renovate or demolish…
